Dope Chic of The Moment
Amandla Stenberg is my first Dope Chic of the moment. Amandla at the age of 17 has made it her mission to make sure women's voices are heard more so women of color. She has pioneered us on what Cultural Appropriation is and now with her February cover of Teen Vogue she is letting us know how she plans on taking the world by storm. Working with Teen Vogue she has now put out a video on "Why Black is Beautiful" and as a black man I'm thoroughly impressed. That is why she is my Dope Chic of the Moment.
